When the children of Israel arrived at the border of the Promised Land, God instructed Moses to send spies to Canaan. Here’s how the Scripture reads, “Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Send men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I am going to give to the sons of Israel. From each of their fathers’ tribes you shall send a man, everyone a leader among them.” So Moses sent spies from the Wilderness of Paran at the command of the Lord, all of them men who were heads of the Israelites”, Numbers 13:1-3 AMP.
I’m sure you’ve read this story countless times, but consider this: these 'spies' were no ordinary individuals—they were leaders, men Moses entrusted with the responsibility of arbitrating disputes within the tribes (Refer to Exodus 18:24-27). I believe the Lord is highlighting this detail because He wants you to understand the responsibilities and impact of your leadership in this new era.
Let’s go back to Numbers 13 and jump down to verses 30-33. At this point, the leaders had returned from spying out the land. “Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once and take possession of it; for we will certainly conquer it.” But the men who had gone up with him said, “We are not able to go up against the people [of Canaan], for they are too strong for us.” So they gave the Israelites a bad report about the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we went, in spying it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants. And all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature. There we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”

Here is what came to me after reading the above verses, and what I sense the Holy Spirit wants you to know:
#1: Don’t Let Your Fear and Doubt Become Obstructions for Others
Friend, this is crucial. These tribal leaders derailed not only their destinies but also the destinies of a multitude of people. Fear is infectious. Your fear and doubt not only hinder your purpose but could also obstruct others from fulfilling theirs. Amidst the chaos and uncertainty of this world, remember, your reactions are being observed and your voice is being heard—even if only by your immediate family. Stay connected with the Father, and don’t let your emotions take center stage at a time when those around you need to hear the Wisdom of God. Understand that life and death are in the power of the tongue—not just for the speaker but for those who are listening!
#2: Don’t Allow Fear to Immobilize You
You may have been given divine insight into your future and God’s purpose for your life through prophetic words, dreams, or impressions. Like the “spies”, you’ve been given a glimpse of your “promised land”. This is what I hear the Spirit saying to you through these verses, As you get closer to My purpose for your life and giants present themselves, don’t let the sight of giants immobilize you and cause you to forget what I have spoken. Move forward in My might and take possession of your promise.
#3: Embrace Truth Not Facts
The fact is, there were giants in the Promised Land. The Nephilim were giant-like beings. God Himself acknowledged the presence of seven nations, surpassing the Israelites in both number and physical might (Refer to Deut 7:1-2). These were undeniable facts, yet they weren’t the Truth; there’s a difference. Facts are mutable, but Truth remains constant. The Truth had been unequivocally declared by God, affirming the land's inheritance by the Israelites. However, these leaders opted for facts over Truth. Daughter of the King, as you move forward in your purpose and facts are presented to you that seem contrary to God’s plan, don’t make the mistake of exalting those facts over Truth. What is the Truth? Whatever God says!
#4: Don’t Be Moved By What You See
Are you aware that many early colonists and immigrants viewed America as the “promised land”? Looking at the crisis at our borders today, one could argue that this is still the perception. As the return of Yeshua Hamashiach draws nearer, you are going to witness things in America, the perceived promised land for many, that are disturbing. At this moment, I feel compelled to urge you to use this time to prepare your heart and ready yourself for the days ahead. Whether it's election mayhem, threats of war, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, decide now to stand firm, be unshaken, and abide in Him. Don’t be moved by what you see!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, I will stand firm on your promises, purpose, and plans for my life no matter what I see. I will not draw back in fear or become immobilized when I am met with challenges that seem insurmountable. I will boldly proclaim and embrace your Truth over facts and act as a flame to ignite the faith of those around me. In the Name of Yeshua Hamashiach, Amen.
The KING's Daughter, and Your Sister!
